For U.S. use, the included EIOTCLUB data-only SIM is designed to access AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks where compatible LTE coverage is available. eufy also lists compatible AT&T data-only plans. Yes. Each camera supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and compatible 4G LTE. You can configure one camera for Wi-Fi and another for cellular service through the eufy Security app based on the connection available at each location.

Aim for about two hours of useful direct sunlight per day as an installation target, but this is not a guarantee of continuous operation. Shade, cloud cover, temperature, panel angle, settings, and activity can reduce charging. During low-sun periods, the battery level may fall and manual charging may be required.

Yes. Each camera set includes a USB-C charging cable. Use a compatible 5V/2A power source and follow the manufacturer instructions when solar input is not sufficient.

Yes. Local microSD recording is supported, and each complete camera set sold on this page includes one 32 GB microSD card. Optional cloud services, if selected, may have separate recurring costs.

Each complete set includes one eufy Security 4G LTE Cam S330 (model T86P2), one detachable solar panel, mounting hardware, one EIOTCLUB data-only SIM card, one 32 GB microSD card, one USB-C charging cable, and setup documentation. Multi-camera packages include the same number of complete sets.

Yes. The camera is rated IP55 for weather-resistant outdoor use and has a stated operating range of -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is not waterproof or designed for submersion or high-pressure water. Install it securely and follow the manufacturer placement guidance.

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated U.S. delivery is 7 business days. Estimated international delivery is 10–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The 1-Year ClearVero™ Product Warranty applies for one year from the original purchase date and is separate from setup support and the 30-day return-request period. It may cover verified defects in materials, workmanship, or operation during normal documented use. It does not cover accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incompatible power or accessories, weather exposure beyond the IP55 rating, normal wear, cosmetic damage, theft, account or network issues, third-party services, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

To request service, contact ClearVero™ through the Contact Us page or at info@clearvero.com with proof of purchase, your order number, model or serial number, a description of the issue, supporting photos or video, and troubleshooting already completed. After review and verification, the remedy is determined at ClearVero™’s discretion and may include troubleshooting, a replacement component, repair, product replacement, refund, supplier or manufacturer support, or another appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law and the full Warranty Policy. Any eufy manufacturer warranty is separate, subject to eufy’s eligibility and warranty terms, and is not guaranteed by ClearVero™.

An eligible return may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Return authorization is required. Customer-paid return shipping and a conditional 15% restocking fee may apply to qualifying non-defective returns; verified damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items are handled under the Refund Policy.
